GoDrively Account Deletion

Submit a request to permanently delete your GoDrively mobile application account and scrub your personal information.

Before you request deletion

What is deleted

All personal identifiers (name, email, phone number), profile photos, security hashes, and stored application preferences. Any matched ride histories will be decoupled from your identity.

What may be retained

Financial receipts, transaction metadata, and dispatch coordinates are kept strictly for tax compliance, fraud prevention, security audits, and regulatory requirements under Algerian law. This data is anonymized wherever possible.

Processing Timeline

Your account will be immediately soft-deleted and logged out. All active session tokens will be invalidated. To prevent accidental deletion, your account enters a 14-day safety grace period, after which all personal records are permanently scrubbed. You can cancel the request by contacting us within this period.
